Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management solution, which will grant you total control over your email boxes and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-handle interface, you can set up a brand new email mailbox account in no time and administer its settings easily. What's more, you can forward electronic mails from one email account to another, set up mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and guard your mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your electronic mail accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unrequested emails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your emails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain email box account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming mails according to certain criteria set by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can quickly set up an email filter for any of your mailbox accounts and set the filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mail messages from one mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other mailbox accounts. Just choose the e-mailbox you would like to redirect emails from, then specify the target e-mail box and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your choice to access your mailbox accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you want to set up on your desktop computer or handheld device and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple email box accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also allow you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will handle the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
